I think sometimes to all the people that I see in interviews, and I weight their answers, and sometimes I compare myself to them. What's driving all these people in life? What's their motivator? What's that thing that makes them vibrate, that makes them feel alive? I asked today a colleague what's the thing that he likes most beside work, because work is something they all put passion in, and he did not answer me. I do not know if I would have an answer to that question. I think I'd have some answers, actually I was thinking many times what would I do with my time if I wouldn't need the money for living?

And I think that the best thing that would fit me is volunteering, working in the benefit of the community.

about fears

I love the feeling of always being connected. I love seeing people all around me, busy will all kind of stuff, getting involved and throwing with ideas. I love them when they gather to a desk questioning what message to write on a billboard or what to offer as a birthday gift to one of us. I love the feeling of sharing my successes with everybody and also enjoying their successes.

We will be moving to a new office starting next Monday and actually I am afraid I will not be so close to them as until now. Gelu asked me today for how long am I working here and yes, it's been almost two months, only two months. I am afraid there it will be too corporate, a wider space with long distances and less opportunities to interact. I hope I'm wrong, I pray to be wrong.

I guess soon I will find out

Adobe Romania News

I met Andrei today. Who is Andrei? He is the first intern of Adobe Romania and he joined us for the summer. I had the opportunity to be the first one to welcome him today at the office. I was kind of surprised by his arrival, but he helped me with his approach, simple and direct :) we made a short tour of the office, although many of our colleagues didn’t arrive at that hour. It was 10 minutes before 9, but Andrei was punctual, as expected to be in the first day at a new job. Andrei joined Apollo Team today; you can read details about his job and the interns’ projects for this summer on Adobe Romania blog also.

News? This week we will be moving to the new office at Anchor Plaza.

More news? We are growing our team; we have six interns who will be joining us for the summer and also new colleagues, recently the Globalization team chose a new member.

This is it for this morning :) we have a very interesting week ahead, this moving will definitely be an adventure that will bring lots of changes for each of us.

I do not know why it is so difficult for me to write about work. Although I meet all kind of people, although I have a full day, every day, and no time to get bored, I do not know. It's almost a month and a half since I joined Adobe and I finally had my first placement. I know it's not entirely my merit, nor my work or my effort, but it feels so good to see some results.
